Oregon Lightning falls to the Wolfpack in a hard fought battle...

Everett, WA – The Oregon Lightning suffered their second loss of the season in a nail-biting showdown against the Washington Wolfpack, who mounted an impressive second-half comeback to secure a 35-28 victory at Angel of the Winds Arena in Everett, WA.

Despite a dominant first half, the Lightning were unable to hold off the Wolfpack’s relentless offensive surge in the second half. Oregon’s high-powered offense was once again led by standout quarterback Dalton Cole, who continues to top nearly every passing category in the AF1. Cole connected with an elite receiving corps, including Kris Lewis, who remains the league leader in touchdown receptions, as well as Marquis Sampson and Richy Anderson, both of whom made critical plays throughout the game.

On the defensive side, Oregon showcased outstanding playmaking from Nickolas Brassell, KeAaris Ardley, and Tywon Buckley, who delivered key stops and defensive highlights to keep the Lightning in the fight until the final whistle.

With this loss, the Lightning look to bounce back as they prepare to face the SW Kansas Storm this Sunday at 3 PM PST in Dodge City, KS. The team is determined to reclaim momentum and solidify their standing in the league.
